Payments are made via bank transfer after confirmation from our side, 50% of the payment is due in 48 hours after confirmation of the booking. Second half of the payment is due 7 days before your arrival. In addition there is a 500€ security deposit required, which will be returned at your check out, if there is no serious damage to the inventory of the Villa or contamination of the accommodation during your stay.
Following cancellation policy applies, should you request a cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival, we will return your deposit in full. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before your arrival, Villa Fataga will keep your deposit as cancellation fee. Should the cancellation be requested less than one week before your arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% will be kept.
